LIBERAL, Kan. - The Seward County Community College Men's basketball team received one post-season conference award with Erik Pratt receiving second team All-Conference. Pratt a true freshman from Lake Worth, Florida averaged 13.9 points, 5.1 rebounds, and 1.4 assists per game.

INDEPENDENCE, Kan.- Seward County Community College comes up short at Independence Community College in the first round of the Region VI Tournament with a 63-62 loss. The Saints took a 62-60 lead after a mid-range field goal from Bee McCrary with 3.3 seconds left. Independence drew a foul as they attempted a three-point shot with 0.7 seconds left and the Pirates Mikale Stevenson made all three free throws to steal the win away from Seward County. The season comes to an end for the Saints and they finish the 2021 season with an 8-13 overall record.

LIBERAL, Kan. - Seward County Community College falls short 95-94 in double overtime to Dodge City Community College. The Saints have their three game win streak snapped and they are now 5-8 on the season. Freshman Erik Pratt led all scorers in the contest with 25 points, six rebounds, two assists, and a blocked shot.

BARTON, Kan.- Seward County Community College men's basketball team defeats Barton Community College 82-80 with a lay-up by Stephen Tayki in the final minutes of the game. The Saints are on a three-game winning streak and improves to 5-7 overall and in conference play. Freshman Erik Pratt led Seward County with a season-high 28 points, seven rebounds, and two blocks in the win.

LIBERAL, Kan. - Seward County Community College men's basketball team falls at home to Hutchinson Community College 73-56, the Saints are now 2-6 overall and in conference play. The Saints trailed by double-digits in the first half and could not get an offensive flow established against the Blue Dragons. Saints sophomore Stephen Takyi led the team with 13 points and four rebounds off of the bench.

LIBERAL, Kan. - Seward County Community College men's basketball team lost at Neosho County Community College 77-72 and fall to 2-3 overall and in conference play. The Saints battled back from 13 down to take the lead at 54-53 with 9 minutes left in the game but the Panthers closed out the game from the free-throw line and outrebounded Seward in crunch time.

LIBERAL, Kan. - Seward County Community College men's basketball team defeats Butler Community College 86-74 in the Greenhouse on Thursday night (February 11th, 2021). Saints improve to 2-2 on the year and with a .500 record in conference play, they sit in third place in the Jayhawk West. Kevon Cooper Seward County with 21 points, six rebounds, and Samuel Henderson added 17 points and four rebounds.

LIBERAL, Kan. - Seward County Community college men's basketball program falls on the road 76-72 to Allen Community College to open up the 2021 season. In the loss, Seward County will sit at 0-1 overall and 0-1 in conference play. The Saints led 62-55 with 4:25 remaining but the Red Devils would come back to exchange the lead one final time with 50 seconds left on a corner three.

LIBERAL, Kan. – Seward County Community College men’s basketball program starts the season at Allen Community College tonight (January 27th, 2021). The Saints were selected to finish fourth in the Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference West preseason coaches’ poll. They are led by fifth-year head coach Jason Sautter and third-year assistant coach Tyrone Grady.
