Seward County recorded back-to-back 30+ win seasons as Davidson led the Saints to a 30-27 finish in the 2024 campaign while placing 6th in the KJCCC West Standings at 18-14 against Jayhawk opponents. Davidson coached four All-KJCCC honorees in 2024 led by Nathan Hopkins who was named KJCCC West Freshman of the Year to give the Saints back-to-back winners of that honor with last year’s winner Cameron Cartwright and Kotaro Wakui also earning All-Region VI honors. Always focused on helping his players to the next level, Davidson sent a plethora of his players on to the four-year level with two signing to the Power-5 level of competition with Brian Luna Alvarez signing with Texas Tech and Trenton Rowan heading to Arkansas who ranked as high as #1 in the NCAA Rankings in 2024.

During the 2023 season, Davidson helped a high-powered offensive team make it to Wichita for the Region VI Tournament where they wrapped up their season with a 33-26 overall record and a 20-12 record in KJCCC action. Davidson helped lead the team to a Top-15 ranking in almost every offensive category with 1958 at-bats (9th), 569 runs (13th), 704 hits (4th), 146 doubles (4th), 88 homeruns (10th), 514 RBI (11th), .360 AVG (4th) and a .589 SLG percentage ranking 7th. Davidson coached eight All-Conference (KJCCC) selections, five All-Region VI selections, and had DH Elijah Bear selected to the Second Team NJCAA Division I All-American team.

In the 2022 season, the Saints had a 12-42 overall record and a 7-25 KJCCC record. Seward County entered post-season competition against the top-seeded Cowley College Tigers and fell in the first round of the Region VI Tournament.

In the 2021 season, Seward County placed in the top four in the Jayhawk West with a 20-12 KJCCC conference record and a 26-25 overall record. The Saints hosted the Sub-Regionals at Brent Gould Field, went 1-2 in the Regional Tournament, and fell in the Sub-Regional Semifinals to Neosho. The Saints starting catcher Wyatt Grant was named NJCAA All-American Honorable Mention.

During the 2019-20 season, the Saints had an overall record of 9-13 before the season was canceled due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.

In his first season as head coach, Davidson guided the Saints to a 17-15 record in the Jayhawk West and 26-27 overall.

In Davidson’s 20 years with the Saints, Seward County has won 11 Jayhawk West Conference championships (2001-2005, 2007,2008, 2010, 2011, 2013, & 2015). The Saints' overall record with Davidson as an assistant coach is 607-364 (.658). Under Davidson’s guidance, the Seward County hitters have ranked in the Top 25 in the NJCAA in team batting average in seven different seasons, including 2014, when the Saints finished 6th in the country, hitting at .341.   In 2002, Davidson helped lead SCCC to a 50-16 overall record, while the Seward County hitters shattered the record books posting all-time school records in batting average (.385), runs scored (666), base hits (790), doubles (164), home runs (117) and RBI (613).

Also in 2002, Davidson helped produce the NJCAA National Batting Champion (Matt Wells, .488 batting average), NJCAA Home Run and RBI Champion, and NJCAA Player of the Year (Cory Patton, 31 home runs and 120 RBI) and the player who had the most stolen bases with the best-stolen base percentage in the nation (Alex Sianez, 29-for-29 stolen bases). In 2002, the Saints led the nation in base hits (790), with the next closest team 57 hits behind them. The 2002 team also posted the fourth-highest batting average in the country (.385).

In 2014 and 2015, Davidson helped the Saints to a Jayhawk West Conference Championship while guiding catcher Brent Williams to all-time Seward County records in hits and doubles.

The Saints were crowned Jayhawk West Champions in 2013 under Davidson's guidance.  Seward led the Jayhawk West in hitting at .307 and was second in the region with that .307 mark.  The Saints won three games at the Region VI Tournament and fell just one win short of another championship game appearance.  He coached four 1st Team All-Conference performers and four All-Region selections.

In 2011 Davidson helped lead the Saints to their second Juco World Series.  The Saints won two games at the tournament for the first time in school history and finished in 6th place.  Seward was 46-20 on the season, their most wins since 2004 while winning the Jayhawk West, the Liberal Sub-Regional, and the Region VI Championships.

In 2004, Davidson helped lead SCCC to their best season in school history when they made their first-ever appearance at the NJCAA World Series and captured the Saints' first-ever NJCAA Region VI  Tournament championship. In 2004, the Saints hit .348, ranking third in the NJCAA.

In the 2009 and 2010 seasons, Davidson helped take the Saints to the Region VI Championship Game, where they fell just short of reaching the NJCAA World Series. During the 2012 season, the Saints finished just 33-25 overall but were able to once again clinch the #1 seed for the Region VI Tournament and hosted the Liberal Sub-Regional.

Davidson has recruited and helped send over 30 Saints to Division 1 schools in the past eleven seasons alone.

In 18 seasons as an assistant coach, Davidson has led the Seward County offense to an overall team batting average of .327. The Saints have averaged 125 doubles and 40 home runs per season during that time.
