HUTCHINSON, Kan. – The Seward County Community College baseball team was swept on the road by Hutchinson Community College, losing 5-3 in the first game and getting run-ruled 12-1 in the nightcap, on Saturday.

The Saints fell to 1-7 in the Jayhawk West, dropping three of four to Hutchinson, and 14-17 overall. SCCC begins a series at Cloud County on Thursday.

GAME ONE

The Saints held a brief lead in the third inning, but could not hold on.
