The Lady Saints enter the 2022 season No. 17 in the NJCAA

LIBERAL, Kan. - Seward County Community College volleyball program enters the 2022 NJCAA preseason poll ranked No. 17th in the Nation. The Lady Saints will start their regular season action on August 22nd at Frank Phillips College at 6 PM CT. 

With nine returners from the Region VI Runner-Up team, the Lady Saints enter the poll three spots down from where they ended the season last year. In the final poll of 2021, Seward County sat in 14th place in the NJCAA and finished third in the KJCCC behind Butler Community College at Barton Community College. 

Seward County returns third-year middle hitter Seyun Park who has been named to the first team all-conference in her first two seasons. Head Coach Geno Frugoli also returns the reigning KJCCC freshman of the year and first-team all-conference member Sarah Cruz

With key returners, the Lady Saints look to have another successful season and they look at the No. 17th ranking as just the beginning.
