Sophomore (2013): Silva will miss the 2013 season due to a knee injury sustained in Spring drills.

Freshman (2012): Silva was one of the most dominant players in the Jayhawk Conference in 2012 as a freshman, finishing 3rd in the conference in kills and 4th in the league in digs.  She was named 1st Team All-Jayhawk West, 1st Team All-Region VI and was the only player in the conference to nab KJCCC Player of the Week honors three times throughout the season.  Silva led Seward in both kills and digs as a rookie, putting down 329 kills and pulling up 434 digs in just 35 matches.  A late arrival to the Lady Saints squad, it took Silva a little while to get accustomed to her new teammates, but when she did she was nearly unstoppable.  She failed to record more than 9 kills in a match through the Lady Saints first seven matches of the season, but after that point, dialed up 16 double digit kill performances including a stretch of six straight in Jayhawk West Conference play down the stretch.  She reached the 20 kill mark twice in a match including a 23 kill performance in a thrilling five set win over Eastern Wyoming in the Wyo-Braska Shootout in late Septemeber.  As much of a star on the defensive side of the ball as the offensive, Silva recorded 21 double digit dig matches in 2012.  She topped 20 digs in a match six different times and posted a career high 33 digs against Western Texas mid-season.  Silva finished the year with a team best 11 double-doubles with her best match of the year coming against Redlands when she notched 19 kills and 27 digs while hitting .357 in a win over Redlands.

High School: Silva joined a long list of Brazilian outside hitters to play for the Lady Saints after coming to Seward from Suzono, Sao Paulo, Brasil in 2012.   Silva played for coach Luis Condido during her prep days in Brasil and attended EE Sabastiao Pereiho Vidal High School.
