LIBERAL, Kan. - The Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference has released the All-Conference teams for Division 1 softball, and Seward County Community College receives five individual honors. Alyssah Pontoja earns first-team honors, Macy Cesa-Spearman, Jaci Oakley, Ayanna Clemons, and Ashley Low receives second-team honors in the West.

DODGE CITY, Kan. - Seward County Community College loses 11-4 to Barton Community College in the backside of the Region VI tournament. The Saints are eliminated from the Region VI tournament and will end the 2021 season with a 17-17 overall record.

DODGE CITY, Kan. - Seward County Community College loses a heart breaker 3-2 against Hutchinson Community College in the first round of the Region VI tournament. The Saints led 2-1 in the bottom of the seventh inning and the Blue Dragons went on to hit a home run, followed by a double, and a walk-off single to win the game. Seward County will compete in the losers bracket and will have to win out to win the Region.

GOODLAND, Kan. - Seward County Community College sweeps Northwest Kansas Technical College on Saturday for their final games of the season with a 7-5 victory followed by a 10-1 win. The Saints end the regular season with a seven-game win streak, a 16-10 conference record, and a 17-15 overall record.

LIBERAL, Kan. - Seward County Community College swept Dodge City Community College on sophomore day with a game one 10-9 victory followed by a dominant performance 11-1 win. Alyssah Pontoja hit a walk-off home run that scored three to give the Lady Saints the 10-9 victory and Irland Caro came up big from the circle in game two with just one run allowed.

LIBERAL, Kan. - Seward County Community College sweeps Garden City Community College in a doubleheader at French Family Field with a 6-3 win followed by an 8-6 game two victory. The Saints improve to 13-15 overall and 12-10 in conference play. Seward County won the overall series 3-1, these two teams split their first meeting in Garden City back in early March.

LIBERAL, Kan. - Seward County Community College splits with Colby Community College with a loss to start the day 9-8 and bounced back to win 7-3. The Saints remain in third place behind the Trojans with a 10-10 conference record and an 11-15 overall record. Seward County will take on the top-seeded Broncbusters from Garden City on Tuesday, April 27th starting at 2 pm at French Family Field.

HUTCHINSON, Kan. - Seward County Community College falls in a doubleheader against Hutchinson Community College 12-4 and 10-1. The Saints are now 10-14 on the season and ranked third in the Jayhawk West with a 9-9 record. Seward County was unable to get their offense going consistently and Hutchinson would run-rule the Saints in both contests.

EL DORADO, Kan. - The Seward County Community College softball team falls at Butler Community College with a 10-5 loss in game one followed by an 11-2 final in game two. The Saints were unable to upset the No. 4 Grizzlies on the road but continued to fight with the best team in the Jayhawk East. Seward County is now 10-12 on the season and sits in third place in the Jayhawk West with a 9-7 conference record.

LIBERAL, Kan. - Seward County Community College split with Independence Community College on Monday with a 10-6 game one win followed by a 2-0 game two loss. The Lady Saints are now 7-9 overall and sits in second place in the Jayhawk West with a 6-4 conference record. In the first game, Ashley Low had a two-run home run that helped the Lady Saints to the victory and in game two the Pirates were the first to score in the top of the ninth inning to take the win.

Garden City, Kan. – The Lady Saints softball team kicked off their KJCCC campaign with a doubleheader in Garden City against the Broncbusters.  Ireland Caro carried the Saints in a 6-2 Game 1 win, then both teams turned up the offense in game 2 with Garden City CC prevailing 8-7.

ENID, OKLA. ? The Seward County Lady Saints Softball team could not overcome early deficits as they drop two games against Northern Oklahoma ? Enid in an early non-conference battle.  Seward County lost the first game 6-2 and then dropped the second game 9-6.  The Lady Saints fall to 1-3 overall as they prepare for road games at Seminole State College next week.

LA JUNTA, Colo. - Seward County Community College softball team split in their season opener double-header against Otero Junior College with a loss of 4-0 in the first game, and an 11-10 victory to close out the day. The Lady Saints are now 1-1 overall to start the 2021 season.
