Bio

Freshman (2014-2015): Mathieu played in 28 games at the Division I level as a freshman at McNeese State where he averaged 1.2 points and 0.6 assists per game for the Cowboys.  Mathieu averaged 7 minutes per game for McNeese in 2014-2015, playing a career high 16 in a start against Abilene Christian.  His career high in scoring came early on against Jarvis Christian where he put in 5 points on 2 of 2 shooting while he scored 4 points in contests against Toledo, Central Arkansas, and Abilene Christian.  

Redshirt (2013-2014): Mathieu redshirted during his first season at McNeese State University.  

High School: Mathieu signed at McNeese State after a successful four year career at Grand Prairie and Plano East High Schools.  He helped Plano East to their second most wins all-time as a senior, earning All-District accolades while averaging 10.5 points per game.  He has three sisters, Jamie (25), Kellie (18), and Lindsey (14).
