Bio

*All-American Juco Showcase Participant (2013)

 Freshman (2012-2013): A lightning quick guard out of the Chicago area, Hill-Bey played in 31 games for the Saints as a rookie last season.  A key cog off the Seward bench, Hill-Bey averaged 8.9 points for the Saints which was 4th best on the team and his 60 assists were 4th best on the squad.  He scored in double figures 15 times as a freshman including six straight games to open up Jayhawk West play.  He scored a career high 23 against Northwest Kansas Tech and his second highest scoring output came in a 17 point effort in Seward's opening round win of the Region VI Tournament against Colby.  The highlights of his freshman season didn't necessarily come with him scoring the ball however.  The first came on the final day of November in the Greenhouse against Odessa when he took the ball the length of the court, knifing through the Wrangler defense with time running down and dished to Brian Bridgeforth who scored as time expired to give the Saints a one point win.  It was nearly dejavu in Seward's biggest game of the year against #5 Hutchinson for the Jayhawk West title in the final game of the 2012-2013 regular season as he went coast to coast in a tie game with 4.5 seconds on the clock and this time dished to Leslee Smith who finished for the win to give the Saints their third straight conference championship.

High School: One of the most decorated players to come out of the Chicago area this season, Hill-Bey joined the Saints in 2012-2013 after playing for Curie High School and Coach Mike Oliver as a prep.  Hill-Bey averaged 15 points and 7 assists per game two years ago, leading Curie to a Conference Championship.  He was named a CPS All-City selection and was also named a Norm Van Lier Classic All-Star.  As a junior at Mt. Carmel High School he was named the All-Area Junior Player of the Year and also recieved the same honor as a freshman and sophomore.  He has two sisters, Bree (31) and Tiffany (28).
