Marvel Rivals
The Saints welcomed a brand new title into the esports arena this spring semester, Marvel Rivals. The were able to field two separate teams into competition. The Saints Green team, consisting of Landon Davis, Marcos Montoya, Edward Rios, Benjamin Washburn, Nicolas Benson, and Akele Powdrill, took on Dutchess Community College. It was a tough back and forth, but the Green team fell 0 – 3. The Saints Black team, consisting of Eli Hackett, Scarlett Phan, Julienne Salazar, Ernest Paloma, Christian DonJuan, and Angel Roberts faced off against Montgomery County Community College. They also fell 0 – 3 on the evening.
Results from Tuesday 02-25-25
Smash Brothers
Angel Roberts fought against Lacke County Community College on Tuesday night in Super Smash Brothers Ultimate. The LCCC player got the best of him, however and Roberts lost the set 0 – 4. Alexis Saustegui had an equally tough time against Dutchess Community College, losing his set 0 – 4 as well. They will both start the regular season with 0 – 1 records.
Fortnite
The Saints Fortnite teams came out swinging hard in their first games of the season. The Silver team, Luis Ortiz and Juan Pablo Chacon, paired up against North Central Missouri College. The sets went quick as the NCMC team went down in both sets early. The Saints easily took the lead 2 – 0. The Green team, Osiel Ventura and Henry Perez, fully dominated University of South Carolina Lancaster, outscoring their opponents by a factor of 5. They swept their set 2 – 0 as well. Both teams start the season with 1 – 0 records.

Madden NFL:
Jarrett Hogg squared up against Herkimer College in a back and forth set. Hogg won the first, but lost the second. He fought back in the third game in a very tight set to win on the night 2 - 1. His record is 1 - 0.
Landon Davis played against Pensacola State College, dropping both games in his set. Davis fell on the night 0 - 2. His record is 0 - 1 on the season.
Ricky Olguin had tough time against Walters State College, losing both games by a small margin. He went 0 – 2 on the evening. His record is 0 - 1.
Results from Thursday 02-27-25
Mario Kart:
Priscilla Davis raced against Finger Lakes Community College in a hard back and forth matchup. Davis lost 2 -40. Davis' record on the season stands at 0 – 1.
Landon Davis' game went 5 sets against the College of the Muscogee Nation. He came up with the win 4 - 1. His record is 1 - 0.
Edward Rios swept Lake Region State College in his race around the Mushroom Kingdown. He won 4 - 0. His record is 1 -02
Bret Lyon had a rough one against Marshalltown, dropping all 4 races. She lost 0 - 4, bringing her record to 0 - 1
Alexis Saustegui took off on Southern State Community College. It was a long race but he won 4 - 2. His record stands at 1 - 0.
Valorant:
The Valorant Green team (Julienne Salazar, Marcos Montoya, Daniel Nguyen, Angel Alba, and Eli Hackett) had a tough battle against Mott Community College. In the end MCC beat the Saints 0 – 2. The Valorant team record is 0 – 1 so far on the season
Friday Night 11-15-24
Rocket League:
The Saints Rocket League team (Akele Powdrill, Brian Amador, and Asher Waite) took Walters State College Friday on the virtual pitch. The Saints got blanked in 3 straight games, losing 0 – 3. Their current record is 0 – 1.
Rainbow 6:
The Saints R6 Green team (Jarret Hogg, Edward Rios, Nicolas Benson, Ricky Olguin, and Landon Davis) were up against Lackawanna College. The Saints had a hard time getting passed the defense of the LC crew and fell on the night 0 – 2. Their record is 0 – 1.
