Jared Biddy Named KJCCC Co-Pitcher of the Week

After tossing a complete game shutout Sunday against the 1st place Colby Trojans, Seward County righthander Jared Biddy has been named the Jayhawk Conference Co-Pitcher of the Week in a league release on Friday.

Biddy was efficient in a complete game shutout win over Colby on Sunday, allowing just two hits while striking out three in a 14-0 Seward win.  He needed just 82 pitches to finish off the game, seeing just four Colby baserunners reach base in the victory.

With the win, Biddy improves to 4-0 on the season and lowers his season ERA to 1.83.

Biddy will get the ball again Sunday in game three of the Saints weekend series with Cloud County at Brent Gould Field.
