Freshman (2014): Williams was nothing short of spectacular in his first season with the Saints, leading the team in nearly every major category including hits, runs, batting average, doubles, home runs, and RBI's.  He was named a 1st Team NJCAA All-American, becoming the first Saint to do so since Ryan Nelson during the 2003 season.  He was also named the Jayhawk West Freshman of the Year, 1st Team All-Region VI, and 1st Team All-Jayhawk West.  He hit .415 with an NJCAA Division I record 37 doubles on the season while also slamming 9 home runs and driving in 69 runs on the year.  His 37 doubles were 13 more than anyone else in the country in 2014 and his 95 hits ranked 4th in the NJCAA and led the Jayhawk Conference. He was the only Seward player to play in all 61 games last season and he rewarded Coach Galen McSpadden with hits in 50 different games.  While he was great all season, Williams was red hot at the end of the year when he hit in 35 of the final 38 games of the season including a 23 game hit streak from March 10th to April 16th and a 9 game hit streak to close the season.  Williams had 29 multi-hit games in 2014 including 9 straight in late March, a stretch in which he was 24 for 39 (.615) while slugging 1.051.  For  his efforts, Williams was named both the Jayhawk Conference Player of the Week as well as the NJCAA National Player of the Week.  There weren't many ducks left on the pond when Williams was at the plate as he ranked in the top 10 nationally with 69 RBI's and had 17 multi-RBI games in 2014.  He had arguably his best game of the year in the Saints series finale with Pratt when he had a career high 4 hits, 9 total bases, and 6 RBI's in a 21-2 Seward romp over the Beavers.  Williams was also selected to be a member of the NJCAA National Team that competed in the NBC World Series in 2014 where he was named an NBC All-American and won the "Just Block It" award for the tournament's top catcher.  Somehow through all of the success on the field, Williams also managed to keep his studies up where he was named to the Athletic Director's Honor Roll in the spring.  

Redshirt (2013): Williams spent his first collegiate season at Oklahoma State University where he redshirted for the Cowboys.  

High School: Before heading to Stillwater, Williams was a star at Colorado Springs' Liberty High School where he hit .567 with 12 home runs and 40 RBI's as a senior for Coach Scott Cooper.  For his monster year, he was named All-Conference and All-State as well as being named an ABCA/Rawlings 1st Team All-American.  His .531 career batting average, 29 home runs, 116 RBI's, 112 hits, and 89 runs scored are all Liberty High School records.  His baseball talents run down the family tree from his father Dave who pitched at Cal-Poly Pomona in the early 80's, leading the Broncos to a Division II National Championship in 1983.  He has three brothers, Brady (28), Brandon (25), and Brock (23).
