LIBERAL, Kan. - Seyun Park receives post-season awards as she is named an NJCAA first-team All-American and Athletic Volleyball Coaches Association second-team member on December 1st, 2022. Park led the NJCAA with a .396 hitting percentage, led the team in total kills with 355, and total attacks with 709. This past season she also received Region VI MVP honors and was a member of the Region VI first team for the third straight year as she used her COVID year at Seward County.

WEST PLAINS, Mo. - Seward County Community College concludes its season with a semifinal loss to New Mexico Military Institute 3-1 on Friday, November 18th. The No. 11 Lady Saints won the first set 25-14 but lost the next three sets 30-28, 25-22, and 25-16. Seward County finishes the 2022 season with a 31-8 record and 11th place at the NJCAA National Tournament.

WEST PLAINS, Mo. - Seward County Community College bounces back on day two of the NJCAA National Tournament with a 3-0 sweep over Eastern Arizona College in the consolation bracket. The Lady Saints defeated the Monsters with set scores 25-15, 26-24, and 25-22 on Friday morning. With the victory, Seward County advances to the semifinals of the consolation bracket and will face No. 10 New Mexico Military Institute at 4:30 p.m. CT.

WEST PLAINS, MO. - Seward County Community College falls in the first round of the 2022 NJCAA National Tournament to Miami Dade in straight sets 3-0. The No. 11 Lady Saints fell with set scores of 25-18, 25-22, and 25-10 to the No. 4 Sharks. With the loss in the first round, the Lady Saints will compete in the consolation bracket tomorrow at 10 a.m. against No. 14 Eastern Arizona Community College. The last time Seward County lost in the first round was during the 2016 National Tournament when they fell to Polk State 3-0.

LIBERAL, Kan. - The Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference (KJCCC) announced the all-conference teams. The Lady Saints have four student-athletes recognized with Head Coach Geno Frugoli named KJCCC Coach of the Year. Seyun Park is named the most valuable player in the KJCCC and named to the all-conference first team for the third straight season. Sarah Cruz was named to the KJCCC first-team all-conference for the second straight season as she earned the MVP honors last season. Freshman Rafaela DaSilva is named to the first team all-conference, and sophomore transfer Aubreigh Haxton was named honorable mention in the conference.

LIBERAL, Kan. - Seward County Community College claims the Region VI and Plains District championship with a 3-1 victory over Butler Community College on Saturday, November 5th. The Lady Saints advance to the NJCAA National Tournament in West Plains, Missouri, with the first round on November 17th, and their opponent will be announced at a later date.

LIBERAL, Kan. - Seward County Community College advances to the Region VI Championship match for the eighth consecutive season with a 3-0 sweep over Dodge City Community College on Friday night. The top-seeded Lady Saints will face off against the No. 2 seed Butler Community College at 2 pm on Saturday, November 5th, with a trip to the NJCAA National Tournament on the line.

LIBERAL, Kan. - Seward County Community College earned the right to host the Region VI Tournament as they were the 2022 Co-Jayhawk regular season conference champions. The final four is set as the top seed Seward County will take on the No. 4 Dodge City Community College on Friday, November 4th at 5:30 PM CT. The final semifinal match will start one hour after the conclusion of No. 2 Butler Community College versus No. 3 Hutchinson Community College. On Saturday, the Region VI championship match will start at 2 PM CT with the winner punching a ticket to the NJCAA D1 National tournament at West Plains, Missouri, on November 17th-19th.

LIBERAL, Kan. - Seward County Community College volleyball program swept Pratt Community College last Saturday night 25-11, 25-14, and 25-16 on sophomore night. With the victory, the Lady Saints are guaranteed at least a share of the KJCCC regular season title. The Lady Saints remained unbeaten at home with a 9-0 record as they improved to 27-5 on the year and 14-1 in conference play. Seward County will travel to El Dorado, Kansas, on Wednesday, October 26th, to take on Butler Community College with this match to decide if it is a share of the title or to win the conference title outright.

CONCORDIA, Kan. - Seward County Community College defeated Cloud County Community College 3-1 on the road in Concordia, KS. The now No. 13 ranked Lady Saints improved to 26-5 on the year and remain in first place in the KJCCC with a 13-1 conference record. Seward County will host Pratt Community College on Saturday, October 22nd, for the sophomore night at 6:30 PM CT.

GREAT BEND, Kan. - Seward County Community College defeats Barton Community College in straight sets on Saturday night with scores 25-21, 25-21, and 25-11. The Lady Saints are now 21-5 this season and still tied for first in the KJCCC with a 10-1 conference record. No. 15 Seward County will have a home stretch this week with a match on Wednesday, October 12th, against Dodge City Community College, followed by Dig Pink Night on Friday, October 14th, versus Butler Community College.

LIBERAL, Kan. - Seward County Community College defeats Garden City Community College in a tough four-set match 25-23, 25-21, 23-25, and 25-18. The No. 15 ranked Lady Saints improve to 20-5 on the year and 9-1 in the KJCCC. With the victory, Seward County also remains perfect at home, 6-0. On Saturday, the Lady Saints will travel to Great Bend, KS, to take on Barton Community College at 6:30 PM CT.

DODGE CITY, Kan. - Seward County Community College defeats Dodge City Community College 3-1 on Monday night. The Lady Saint went on to win the first two sets 25-16, 25-17 but fell in the third set 25-16 and closed out the match with a 25-20 fourth set victory. With the victory, the Lady Saints improve to 18-5 on the season and 8-1 in the KJCCC.

HUTCHINSON, Kan. - Seward County Community College's volleyball program falls to Hutchinsons in straight sets for their first loss in the KJCCC. The Lady Saints lost with set scores of 25-19, 25-14, and 25-19 on the road in the Hutchinson Sports Arena. With the loss, the Lady Saints fall to 18-5 on the year and 7-1 in conference play.

LIBERAL, Kan. - Seward County Community College defeats Colby Community College in straight sets, 25-17, 25-21, and 25-19. The No. 12 Lady Saints are now 18-4 on the year and 7-0 in the KJCCC to remain in sole possession of the first place of the Jayhawk. The Lady Saints will travel to Hutchinson Community College this Saturday, with the match set for 2 PM.
