Bio

K.C. Beardsley is entering her second season with Seward County Community College. During the first season, Beardsley helped the Lady Saints to a 7-7 season that was cut short due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Previously Beardsley was the volunteer assistant softball coach at Fort Scott Community College and worked primarily with the outfield and catchers. 

Beardsley earned her Bachelor's degree in Recreation, Sport and Hospitality Management from Pittsburg State University In July of 2019.

As a member of the FSCC softball program, Beardsley earned her role as the starting catcher, playing in 270 games and collecting a .353 career batting average. Leaving her mark at FSCC, Beardsley holds the record for career fielding percentage (.984) and is ranked second for career putouts(263). As a sophomore, she earned  NJCAA All-Region (2016). 

From Moore, Oklahoma, Beardsley graduated from Southmoore High School in 2014 where she was part of the softball programs first fastpitch state championship her senior season.
