Saints Win Another Conference Match

ARKANSAS CITY, Kan. – The Saints travel to play Cowley County Community College and come back with a 7-2 win. The Saints are now 16-2 overall and still ranked #3 nationally.

In doubles play, No.1 team, Duro Opacic and Tim Lamare defeated Angelo Tost and Bruno Suiama 8-2. Following them was Nicholas Rousset and Hugo Lobo at No.2 who won 8-5 over Gaston Walasui and Valter Oshiro. Finally, Renato Santos and Ben Finet lost 5-8 against Killian Dagueux and Casey Edwards.

In singles, No.1 Rousset defeated Tost 7-6, 3-0, No.2 Opacic won against Suiama on an injury default and No.3 Lobo won against Oshiro 6-4, 4-6, 6-2.

No.4 Carlo Izurieta defeated Wlaymier Jimenez 6-4, 6-4, No.5 Frank Soulerot won 6-3, 6-4 against Dagueux and No.6, Diego Freire lost to Edwards 5-7, 3-6.
