BROCK KAPPELMANN has been the radio voice of the Saints for KSCB radio since 1998-1999. Kappelmann announces all Saints home and away conference and post-season baseball and men's and women's basketball games live via the radio and internet. He is also the host of the daily morning sports talkshow "The Sports Guys" which also airs live on talkradio 1270 AM and on www.kscb.net weekday mornings from 7:37 a.m. - 9 a.m.
Kapplemann is an award winning play-by-play announcer who received the 2002 Kansas Interscholastic Athletic Administration Association Award for Sportscaster of the Year. Kappelman has received six first-place awards from the Kansas Association of Broadcasting (KAB), and has recieved numerous second-place and third-place awards. He has covered two teams that have won national championships including the 2000 Liberal Bee Jays (semi-pro baseball) and the 2001-2002 Seward County Community College women's basketball team (NJCAA).
Kappelmann's quality voice and commentary along with his pre-game and post-game interviews and analysis makes every Saints fan feel like they are in the front row for every Saints baseball and basketball conference and post-season game.
