Dylan Strickland is returning for his 2nd year as the Assistant Tennis Coach for the Seward County men’s and women’s tennis programs. Joining forces with Chase Ashley on the coaching staff for round two after a tremendous first year.

In Stricklands first year as the Assistant Coach he helped the program to two National Championships in the Fall for Men's Singles and Doubles. The Men's team also went on to place third in the Nation at the National tournement. The Womens Tennis team also saw success as Strickland brought the Women's team to the National tournement as well and they placed 8th. 

Strickland comes to Seward after spending the previous three years as a tennis instructor at Canyon High School in Canyon, Texas. During his time in Texas he provided private tennis lessons and large group instructions for students ranging from elementary to high school athletics. Before arriving to Liberal Strickland worked at the Alex O’Brien Tennis Foundation in Amarillo, Texas. Where he instructed camps for the youth.

Strickland earned his Master's of Science in Sport Management from Texas Tech University in 2018 and a Bacholer's in Business Management from West Texas A&M in 2017.
